Obviously not very with the sexual theme. Homosexuality wasn't discussed openly in film until a british movie in the 60s, and, lesbianism aside, it's VERY obvious why that man has his head up her skirt, so it couldn't be older than the mid 70s. It's just a B movie shot on 16mm.
